I am in my 4th season with man city and my assistant manager retired so i decided to sign del piero which i thought was a brilliant signing however when i got to a match and went to 'ask assistant' to mark the players it wouldn't let me. So now before every game i have to mark each individual player which takes 5 minutes and i have tried to terminate his contract but the board keeps blocking it. Has anyone got any ideas?

It might be something to do with his tactical rating. If its low then I dont think he is aware enough to give an opinion on it thats why the ask assistant button is blocked. I might be wrong. It does look like you are stuck with him though until his contract is up.
