Assistant Manager Wont leave

Hi im not sure were to put this but ive started a new game with port vale and my assistant manager geoff horsfield wont agree to a mutual termination how can i fix this as i wana bring my own assistant in thank you so if its in wrong place

Can you not terminate contract or will the board not allow?

it doesnt always work, you cant do anything if they want to stay, but next to 'mutual termination' there is something like 'terminate contract', it will cost more, but its the only way

ah if its pre-season still, i would arrange a few leagues with prem clubs and then do it, i made 5 million in just over a month with Bradford City in pre-season by doing Leagues
