Depends how you are going to use him...

The main stats all good ***' Mans' would be the judging player ability and potential stat.

If you are going to use him as a coach, then he needs the stats for whatever coaching area you are going to use him for (Just like any other coach).

If you are going to either let him take team-talks or listen to his team-talk advice, he needs good motivating and man management. If you are letting him take the team-talks himself, he will also need a high reputation in comparison to the club you are at (E.g. if you're Barcelona, he needs to have continental/world class reputation. If you are Reading, national reputation, for lower league clubs it won't matter too much! :) )

If you listen to his tactical advise (E.g. during a game on the assistant's analysis), let him set the opposition instructions or letting him take match-preparation, then he needs good tactical knowledge and tactical training would help too :)

Finally, he should either be able to speak the language of your clubs nation (If you have a lot of foreign players, preferably a few other languages too!) or a high adaptability stat. :D
