Hey guys,

In my second season and Pat Rice is refusing to resign a new contract, claiming he wants more money that I cant give.
Any suggestions for a worthy replacement? I play an attacking style of play.

Just go on search staff,go on customize search and look for the attributes you find important.I usually look for Motivating,man management and judging potential.

stefano eranio a derby legend who is youth coach at a.c millan trust me get him, ive got him as assit manager on my real madrid game and he is a world-class assit manager now, but obviously now wants to become a manager since hes a too good assistant.

anyway not many people know about him but id say hes one of the best unknown assitant managers on the game.
