Assistant Manager?

I've released my assistant manager(spurs) because he doesnt offer enough man management advice, and he constantly tells me to sell my best player aaron lennon, the mans an idiot.

Anyway anyone got any good suggestions for a replacement who offers good man management?

I have Manuel Delgado Meco with me at Spurs in my game and he is fantastic. Gives good advice, good at motivating, and I can send him to any press conference and know he will say precisely what I would say.
