It says I'm more than twice the chairman than I am manager so I'd say it is normal.

Probably because it sets all your chairman attributes to 10 so you have to do well to get your Manager attributes higher so I'm guessing you're on a pretty new game like me.

Unai Emery while managing Hvalsø IF. Brilliant. When he retired, I hired Allan Kuhn. Too terrific at his job. Hard to decide which one was the best. Unai Emery is available a couple of years in, but Allan Kuhn is available from the start.
