Assistant Managers won't sign?

I have tried to sign Mauro Tassotti 3 times and he just won't sign!

I am Man City and i have offered him 18K 22K and 25K because i really want him but he wont sign and then he accepts Milan's new offer of 13K? Why?

Not every person wants to leave for money, he loves the club. If you want a decent AM, look at Robert Fresnedoso from Atletico.

Staff generally cost twice as much if foreign. So if it took Milan ?13k then you would have to pay ?26k.

This means that staff of your nationality are cheaper which is ludicrous because it's actually the other way around in real life. That is why we have so many mediocre players and staff from abroad. Not because they are better but because they are cheaper!
