Started a Championship save with Reading and i need an AM but dont usually manage in the Championship so i need good suggestions.

If you sign foreign staff then just make sure they have over 16 Adaptability.

Darlan Schneider try him he has pretty good stats to be a Assistant manager and he is a Beast on Fitness training
