Martin Zeman from Sparta Prague. Costs 1m-2.5m, and he is something special. Will slot straight into 1st team. Incredible set-pieces as well.

Niko Kranjčar should definetely be your choice.
IMO he's a monster, you could use him as a Adv Playmaker attack / Winger Attack


Also, try maybe Coentrao if he can play in those positions or maybe even Pedro Morales if you need a Winger / Adv playmaker who can score from free kicks
