Hmm, I hate O'Neill.... I mean I love him!
But one thing I don't understand... Why he buys only English/Northern Irish Players?

However, I think Villa does a great bussiness, they just need another midfielder like Delph and they will have a great team. Don't know if S.Petrov is really good, so they need another youngster.

If they're of the right quality it's the way to go. The players will be used to the climate, likely know the demands of the league and can speak the language. Some may even know some of the squad they're joining through national team action.

It means more often than not they can hit the ground running and the communication will be there from the off. It's a part of why I feel Everton and Villa did so well last season.

great buy and to frutty petrovs quality was our best player last year and got player of the year should come good and mon dont only buy english players/northern irish he hasnt even bought an irish player but hopefully he has got a plan there as i can see us struggling really bad this year
