I've started a new save with a couple of friends and I go with Villa. These are my players:

I'm 10th in the League with 15 leagues played. I know it's not that bad but it's a little disappointing. Do you know a good tactic to suit this players? I do my OI's, press conferences, team talks, team reunion's, etc.
I'm thinking in a deep 4-2-3-1 with AMC to provide some defensive security.
So, any help will be nice.
