Aston Villa - What to buy/sell.

A new game with Aston Villa is on the way, but I need to know what I gotta sell and buy so I can reach the Euro Cup at the end of the season.
All I know is that several players will not leave the club as they recently arrived and some don't leave as no clubs are interested in them.

Get rid of most of your deadwood from the 1st team and the reserves.
I sold Bent and Zobgia(High fee and high wages) in January and 2nd Transfer window(June '12)

Clark was decent, took over Cuellar(Sold for 2m)
Offered Dunne a new contract in his 2nd season (Lowered his wages from 55k to 30k!)
Got Kolarov for 3m in my 1st season (Warnock isnt good enough)
Either give Heskey a new contract (lower wages) or let him go next summer ( I released him)
You might want a decent young lad as a cover for Alan hutton (beye's contract is expiring and hes useless)

Signed Shawcross (Lethal in set pieces, and Aston villa defence is really slow, so signing him is important!)
Darren Gibson on loan in January(Before signing him on a free transfer in June '12)
Signed Juanfran 2.2m in my 2nd season.. (Slotted in perfectly)

Delph has 4.5 PA. Retrained him as a AMR (Inside forward due to his left foot and speed)
Albrington has chances to be in the 1st team as well.

Well personally i didnt buy any players during the first transfer window as thats my practice to play with the original team at least half a season. that being said, i bought Mahamadou Diarra and Andreas Hinkel for backup purposes. Other than that, pretty much stayed with the team. Then in Jan, i bought Armin Bacinovic, Ryan Shawcross as I am using Zero Sea's tactics and change bought players according to the filters. This is my table at the end of the season.

and this is my team at the end of 1st season. Im already at 2nd season, with players like Andre ter Stegen, Rafael van der Vaart, Cesar Azpilicueta (sp) to boost different weak areas.

Basically, Aston Villa has a rather strong team by themselves, easily Euro Cup or in my case, Champions League. Buy one defender as Collins, Cuellar, and Clark are decent but not quite enough. I rotated Marc Albrington, Gabby Agbonlahor and Nathan Delfouneso around the positions of AML inside forward and Striker so probably you need another striker for backup, Vaclav Kadlec maybe? You certainly need another MC as both Petrov and Jenas can't stay on pitch for the whole game. Up to you who you want to buy, different players use different MC for their tactics so i wont put any players here.

I cant advise on who to sell sorry i normally just sell players that are fringe to me in Jan, such as Stephen Ireland, Heskey was pretty useless to me, Habib Beye an
