Unknown manager from Estonia Astonmatu was offered a job as a Bluebirds manager.

Of course the young man accepted hes first job as a manager. He quickly took a look at the place where he was heading and was surprised with superb training facilities in the club . But on the other hand he realised that he has a lot to do in coming days to save hes new club from relegation in the first season.

It was **** hard to find players who could help the team. Most of the guys didnt even bothered to talk and consider to play for Bluebirds. So Astonmatu hired 2 scouts and they did wonderful job. Find several players who were willing to join Haverfordwest. It made manager job a lot easier. So these 2 guys are Key players and they are getting payed (6)(6)(6) its not a joke most of the team is amateur and even part-time professionals are more than welcome. First season is going to be very difficulty. This is how most of the players acted when Haverfordwest tried to sign them

We scored 2 goals (A) ****** fantastic. Ok we conceded 9, but what da heck still we did great. Actually in pre season we had 1 cup game also. In over time Bluebirds win lower league club . Win is a win and although it was an awful game we proceeded to the next round.

Small town from Wales with population around 12,000 is hopefully supporting their new Haverfordwest County AFC manager and team this season. Eyes of the critics this team is ment for relegation and only a miracle could save them. Well new Estonian manager Astonmatu want to be that miracle.

In the end of the August club signed 2 defenders and in the 1st of September talented AML Leigh Smith. So 3 new players in and nothing else.

Manager Astonmatu commented : Its good to have fanbase, and even though its not huge in our club, they are the real supporters and I appreciate their beleif in our team.

Bluebirds are on the 5th place what is overachieving their goals by a big margin.

Manager Astonmatu commented : First part of the season has gone well and the last 3 games I would like to forget. Also I want to point out that our scoring charts showed class, but honestly defending needs to be better. I changed tactics several times so maybe its my fault that players couldnt adabt them so quickly. All in all I want to continue my work and hopefully we can keep this magical 5th place until the end of the season. Next season is on my mind already. Personally I wish that club board and sponsors will accept my vision and club will become professional side.

2016 JUNE



Astonmatu : Football season is over. Our team accomplished aimes what we were targeting. Its good to go to the next season more experienced and ready. My first season was full of commitment and readiness to try out different tactics and players. I burned myself by some stupid decisions, but now I learned my lessons. Bluebirds have the quality to became Champions one day. Probably not in the next season (it would still be construction and building up season) but in the near future.

Our reserve player Steffan Davies left because of hes low chances to get playing time.

Astonmatu : We cant hold on every player. I wish all the best to Steffan and maybe he can find himself a good club where he deserves first team football.

Astonmatu : Port Talbot fierce rivals crushed our hopes for the cup win. More and more I look these results and conclusion is clear. Need 2-3 Welsh Premier League quality defenders. Astonmatu : Im glad that we got this lad. Hes young potentially one day good League 1 player. Im frustrated that I didnt pay attention on hes fee. 15k £. Its of course new record, but if I would of seen it, then he wouldnt be here. Together with scouts we find many players and team signed only best of them. The oldest player we got was 25 years old and deadwood left our team.

Astonmatu : My reactions are mixed. We showed good football past these months, but luck have turned hes side on us. So many ties. So many late draws from last 5minutes. Something is going on my players heads. They dont keep calm. New young players havent fit in. Defense is below par again this season and some injuries in attacking lines have done problems in scoring charts.

Astonmatu : I was expecting it. Sometimes things start to roll and keep rolling until they hit the limit. This time we didnt rolled to the success. It went downhill from the Pre season where I missed the arrenging friendlies. In the beginning of the January we "Stealed" best youngsters ages between 16-19 from our league rivals. It was a great investment and due to the fact we had almost the biggest budgets in the league we persuaded 5 youngsters to come to Bluebirds team. But fixtures.....

Astonmatu : After the last update I had a chance to manage Bluebirds in 7 games. Some misfortune and by the 14th of January my fate was already decided. I cant help it, but sure I will take all this experience into account and try to not repeat them. Had 2 interviews with journalists and told them that I am looking for a new club to manage. When I took Bluebirds manager place I wanted to make them the BEST team in WALES.

Astonmatu : After almost 2 months unemployed I had my first job interview with PALMEIRAS. They wanted me already in 8.07.2016. Club board and chairman were a bit suspicious, but after convincing them I am the right man to this job they took 3 days thinking time. So here I am in Brazil. First time in my life (H). Im 100% focused and I want to forget the terrible career in Wales and start a new fresh one here. The possibilities and funds are enormously better.

Astonmatu : WOW. Im not the seven heaven, but sure it feels good to win something. Defense is brilliant only 3 conceded goals in 9 games. I loved the Brazilian cup 1st Round game against CENE. We crushed them with 7 goals. It was a joy to watch my players. Great atmosphere and things are going to the right direction. GO GO GO and dont look back.

Astonmatu : Yep after seeing fixture schedule again I must take one step back. We fall out of the Brazilian cup too soon. And The problem was "STRIKERS DIDNT SCORE" Well and we conceded our only 2 goals in cup matches.

Astonmatu : Unlikely result. Hole game was in our hands. 21 shots 6 on target and they had 2 shots 2 on target and they won. Plus possession stats dont show how most of the match went. This 57 % should be more like 70 %. Oooh well at least we are leading in First Division.

Astonmatu : Its a pleasure to be manager when your leading the table. Hard work and good tactics provide us win a row of victories. Yes we lost our first game, but it was my fault again. I trusted youngster Araab to first 11 and he showed terrible performance. Overall form is good and thats what counts.

Astonmatu : Game against Figueirense ended with 1 : 1 draw. I was delighted with the amount of chances we created. It was away game and we controlled it from the start to finish. Our aggressiveness was a bit too much 25 foals against opponent 14.

Astonmatu : Game against Goias ended with our first league defeat 1 : 2 . Our best DC Xandao was out with the cards and I wanted to give future superstar Mohamed Araab a chance to prove himself on the pitch. That was a terrible mistake. He panicked and on the 61th minute when I called him off the pitch hes rating was 6. Neither Thiago Martins or Nathan played well also. Their ratings were 6,4 and 6,5. We had plenty of scoring opportunaties, but we failed to finish. Home defeat is always more painful than away defeat. I keep giving youngsters some playing time, but as a substitute for 10-25 minutes per game.

Astonmatu : There was some problems with training intensity and tactical training. I changed some trainers work and got suitable sessions. Although shooting needs to filled with another coach. Dont have enough coach places left. I will look it up in the next season.

Astonmatu : I personally beleieved he will stay and be our team talisman. Superb form and fantastic stats 122 games 14 goals 19 assists and 16 MOM with only 2,5 seasons. This season under my helm hes average rating was 7,4 ^^). So why did we sell this amazing lad? Hes not getting younger and we have got several youngsters coming into the first team. Franck Kom is already with better stats DM and we have 3-4 more players who are keeping their eyes on this spot so it was a perfect time to sell him with that kind of sum of money. Next year IM sure hes value would of dropped. Its not always about business, this time it was about giving a chance for younger players to get first team football. Good luck AROUCA.

Astonmatu : This teenager is one reason we sold AROUCA. He will probably get some minutes, but has to show fast and rapid growth in skills. He has talent. I mean it our scouts advice was like "TAKE HIM OR LOSE FUTURE WORLD CLASS PLAYER" So no problemo 0,675 Millions for him is just a small investment.

Astonmatu : A hit signing. I was between two thoughts. We have 2 solid WBR + 1 decent. Why da **** should we brought in another. Second thought was he is just so f....g good I have to get him. The second thought and my insticts proved to be right this time. Just brilliant start 5 games 2 goals 1 MOM and average rating 7,6. Instantly took WBR place from LUCAS and JOAO PEDRO. Youngster Pedro of course didnt put a fight for hes position because he got injured and will be back in action in late August.
