I'm in the year 2015 and Atletico madrid are about to sign my left back fabio for 18 million. So I need a replacement for at maximum the same amount I sold fabio for. Preferably similar to fabio in that he is fast and good at going forwards.

Gareth Bale is not interested in leaving Inter to join me. Same as Ivan Fatic who is busy at Liverpool (Shame)
Dodo however probably would like to join from an underachieving Chelsea.
