Attack Ball from Deep how do you use it

Hi guyz,

Under the attacking corner setting , there is a choice to use Attack Ball from Deep, This puzzles me as i dont know in which circumstance you use it, so my question is what do it do and which player do i need to use to make attack ball from deep effective?
