attack minded tactics

hi i like having attack minded tactics with high tempo and play wide and direct passing but on my first game against my reserves my team hardly have a shot and never keep possesion.with my tactic i expect attackin fast football why isnt it happening ideas please??

Your team needs more than one game against your reserve team to get into a tactic,stop expecting miracles.
