Im noob at fm and the board wants me to play attacking and possession football . What instructions should I use for both attacking AND possession football
 
What team are you ? How fast are your defenders ? Team report ? Concentration of defenders ? Creativity of midfielders ? The experts need a lot more info on what side you are managing.

Standard - Control - Short passing

Retain possession, Hassle, Pass to feet, play through defence
 
Ignore the board and just play whatever suits your team.
 
Scunthorpe United
Defenders is slow
Team report - ****
Concentration of defenders - semi-ok
Creativity of midfielders - ****

So i suggest rigid

And the new board preference is to play only POSSESSION football. Not anymore attacking
