Attribute Decreasing?

Is there a bug in this latest version that makes almost everyone's attributes decrease? Almost all of my players' attribute are dropping, regardless of their game time, age, training schedule, intensity, etc. etc. I have no idea what to do, but it is making my game pretty unplayable as all my players are getting worse every month.

It depends on training quite a bit, I've found heavy training usually decreases players' attributes who don't have room for improvement (i.e. in theirprime). There's occasionally drop in a player's attributes at my end but not whole team, young plaers' attributes mostly increase for me as I give them first team football and training at heavy intensity, also roles matter to. For eg if you try to train BPD to a CD at 25+ age, it may result in decrease and so on.
