I edited some players attributes and change them to Value 20, after saving run the game but the players attributes i change did not change to 20

It's not possible to have every attribute on 20, the game will not allow it, and automatically reduces a number of attributes. If you want to edit and make someone really good, you have to reduce the unimportant attributes to account for the ones you raise to 20
