Attribute Range?

i see this is a new thing on fm15.. when looking at players from different club they have stats ranged at 10-15 unlike last year is was either just for example 14? 16? 18?. anyone know how to change it or is it just something i have to get used to?

When you see 14-18 for an attribute, that means that attribute can be as low as 14, or as high as 18. To find the true value, you'll need to scout him. The lowest (worst) an attribute can be is 0, the highest (best) is 20. Hopefully this helps!

Bit more realism in this but in my journeyman save it's making finding players a right pain in the **** specially as my scout is some old fella with a dog that takes forever to file a report.
