Attribute rise at age 33

[The Icelander]

In my Chelsea save Didier Drogba is my key man as I am using a tactic that deploys a target man so he is very important. Ofcourse he is getting on a bit so I bought Edind Dzeko as a rotation and ultimately replace him.

Now Drogba is 33 and is still performing magnificently and when I checked his profile I saw a rise in 7 attributes, one is mental so that one I understand but the others baffle me as the man is 33 years old. Can anyone explain this?
