I know Scotland weren't all that impressive, but how does an undefeated month end with us going down six places? And I don't think Italy merit a top 10 place after their recent WC efforts. It's all just stupid.

I don't feel any of the teams below us are better then us? So I don't see the problem with us being 6th.
 
Well, Uruguay, Portugal, Mexico and the USA could beat you on their day. England aren't that great.

And Uruguay do have very good players. Forlan won the Europa League almost single-handedly, Suarez broke all Dutch records last year, and they have a talented midfield and a strong defence. England have over-paid, over-rated haddies.

Compare each player with Uruguays, Mexico's and USA's.

I would want none in the England starting 11 par Forlan.
 
Carlos Vela will become a fantastic player, Gio dos Santos still has his moments, Landon Donovan is far better than, say, Emile Heskey, Darren Bent and Bobby Zamora, Tim Howard could put Joe Hart out of the team, Rafael Marquez is still outstanding for Barca and Mexico, and could put Terry out the team, Luis Suarez is in far better shape than Rooney is now and Guillermo Ochoa could also put Joe Hart out of the team.

Weird how they came 4th and England only managed a single win in the WC if England's that good. This was admittedly against a team that didn't think they even needed to win.

England had to play a strong Germany team, Uraguay came 4th by beating USA and Ghana in the knockouts.

Don't swear at me, please, and no, I'm not kidding.

Did you beat the USA in the group? Did you take Holland to the very end in the WC semis, or come within a goal of being level with Germany?

And before you mention Lampard's goal, the game would have finished 4-2. :)


What difference does it make where I'm from? Someone from elsewhere would agree completely.

We drew with USA due to a goalkeeper ******* up? You're making it out as if they battered us, also, a loss is a loss.

EDIT: Just seen you say Marquez is better then Terry? Phahaha
 
Yes, you did, but if England were as great as you say they are, they would have scored a winner. You didn't.

You say that as if Terry is fantastic. He is not that great at all. He is a thug, and nothing else.

Where did I say we was great? I just said we had a better team then the ones you mentioned, which is true. :S
 
You're not, though. Otherwise, you would have beaten the USA and Algeria in the group.
