Auto Assign all coaches

Is doing this a good idea?

Nope it doesnt usually max out your coaching potential. I takes about 1 minute to specialise your coaches. They way I do it is most coaches have one assignment with 2 doing all.

I always find it better to manually assign as I could allocate more training stars per category.

Never, ever use auto assign, even if you have the best coaches in the world they willnot have a very good star rating when spread over all of the categories.

Dreadful idea, this way you won't have any training aspects over 3*s when you want to be aiming for 4+.
