Background pics and text clash

After updating to the latest patch and putting in the background pictures all the text on the screen gets lost and makes it very hard to read, has anyone got any ideas hoe I can change this so that you can read the text and see the background pics.

I think there is a download that fixes it. I'll try find it for you mate; unless someone beats me to it
