Backroom Advice

I am wondering if anyone has an idea as to how to utilize the backroom advice? How do I make it happen?
 
i dont know how but i think its a good feature, although if you do what i did and replace all your staff i think i can hurt you as they dont have knowledge of players/club and things like that, i allways find my staff normal agree on tactic advice but on things like praising form or scouting players/places they allways disagree i have no idea why
 
I guess a better question is: How do I implement the backroom advice? I click tactics and it brings me there. Do I need to make adjustments from there?
 
For some cases like suggested Penalty, Corner and Free Kick takers it makes it happen as soon as you accept, but with the more in-depth tactical changes like a change in formation then yes you will have to do it yourself.
 
i think the backroom advice is clever and a nice idea, i just wish for once my assistant would agree with something!
 
depends, if it's a tactics one go to tactics. if it's a staff addition one etc. just do it there :)
simples :)
 
how do I change who gives me the backroom advise and on what topics...i.e training,pre-match,formation..etc
 
are the advice given useful? my coach suggested rooney stop taking long shots..
 
it depends on the ability of your coach/assistant. if they have poor stats in relation to the area they are talking about then their advice will be poor.

the advice is only as good as the person giving it. and its only advice, you are the gaffer, you make the decisions at the end of the day
 
I do most of the work by hand, so usually my backroom advice is garbage. I only use it when a coach suggests that a player learn a move or needs praised.

When you when u say the ability, that would be the judging player ability? or i think there's an attribute called club player's knowledge?

There is several abilities for coaches and you will have to make the right choice whether or not you think that the advice is right or wrong by looking at the coaches and the assistant managers abilities. For example if your coach says that he believes that you should train a player to always run up and your assistant manager disagrees the main ability that you should look at is training whichever one is higher probably is the right one but it can also depend on judging players ability.
 
Why at the beginning it give me advise about fitness, strength, speed etc. advantage or disadvantage which I used to very good effect by using touchline shouts. But now it tells me what how narrow I should play or something like that but when I do what they say I get beat:@. How can I make them say what they said before.
