Backroom Staff

Hi,

I am fairly new to Football Manager, and this forum for that matter.

I was wondering what is a good size to have for my backroom staff?

like, how many coaches/physios etc.

I am currently using the Wellington Phoenix in the A-League (Australia).

yeah, that's my question. how many staff should I employ?

I think while I am still learning the game, it would be better to have someone else take training.

Hi, how this phsyio, head phsyio work? i mean for head phsyio only for first team surely, then physio for first team and other team ? ( u 18 and u 21 )
If so then why we need to hire u18 physio?
