Do staff's attributes change?
i.e, a player retires and becomes a coach, and develops coaching attributes,
can they improve as he becomes more experienced?

Yes they can, as you know Staff have their own CA and PA but their CA and PA is worse than player's CA and PA, I don't know why.

I'm just saying that the coaches CA and PA will never reach 190 or above...and there's only a few 180+. Mostly 150-165.

I'm saying coaches NOT managers.
