If you could build your ideal set of backroom staff, who would you include? I haven't had much opportunity to play FM12 yet and was wondering if many of the good coaches/AMs/scouts etc have changed from last year or whether it's still the same usual suspects.
From FM11 I would always look to get Tony Coton and Paul Winsper, then I would fill in around them by doing manual searches according to my situation and budget.
With scouts I usually just looked for Judging stats higher than 15 and tried to get as many nationalities in as possible.
