Badges and Kits - Help Needed!

Hi, i have downloaded kits and team badges off here and saved them in my football manager folder.

There wasnt a graphics folder so i created one and put seperate files in there called logos and kits and saved them in their respective folders.

However, when i play the game, the kits and badges dont show.

Can anybody help me with this, would be much appreciated?

Have you unticked skin cache and ticked reload skin on fm ?

Nope, on FM click the FM button at the top right, then go to preferences, then click the display and sound tab

ive tried that just mate and its not working unfortunately :/

I've been told to extract the files first???
