Balance for a new stadium

Just wondering what bank balance you need to get a new stadium built in fm12?

I don't think there is a set bank balance?..

I just had my request for a new stadium approved by the West Ham board. Had a bank balance of 50 mil. After they took a big loan, agreed for a stadium sponsorship and selling my curent arena i still had 30 mil.
