Well there's definitely a point in worrying about Bale. You identify your opponent's main threat and you guard against it. Bale is a fantastic player. Just because we played well against Denmark doesn't mean we should be arrogant enough to completely disregard one of the best young wingers in the world.

you play parker on the right side of midfield ahead of walker, which means you have them doubling up on him a la united and everton, doesnt mean the whole side should change to defend that, espeically if milner is likely to play at right wing.

you cant cover the right flank any better than that, besides there are still other threats to consider in ledley, bellamy and ramsey. Its not disregarding him at all its seeing the whle threat, and not failing to see the woods for the trees
