I need a decent ball winning midfielder in my CFR Cluj team, my remaining budget is arround 1,6 mil euro. Any advices for a player?

try Kara from Tromso. More of an anchorman or a dc but i think he'll get the job done if you decrease his creativity. You could also try Mobi Okoli. He'll be a beast if you are playing with a narrow width (he's too slow), but again he's more of a box 2 box player
