Balotelli cut out, help?

I cut out Balotelli today hoping to finally get his face in the game, but I'm unsure how to add one picture?

Any help?

Just do what you would for a whole team
Name the image balotelli's ID then put it in a folder, use fmxml to make a config and put that in the folder, then put the folder in my docs/si/fm12
