Great Eagles, relegation. Luckely I won't be playing here next season. Really poor season by Pedersen, defiantly needs to improve

Ahhh not the best year, too many injuries. Hopefully Josep can develop more over the next few years.

Final update for today - Summer 2018 Transfer Update

> Only permanent transfer sees Ivar Biggun reject moves to Newcastle, Monchengladbach and Lazio in favour of a £4.2m move to Malaga
> Loans for Branco (Atletico CP(Portugal)), Pedersen (FC Eindhoven), Lucock (Brighton), Beato (Levante), Figo (PSV - techincally the first transfer between any of the starting 6 clubs) and McCairns (Rayo)

Not many moves involving the clubs - Liverpool got Kranevitter and Obiang, Everton got Kalas and Christensen, Benfica got Rafael (RB), Porto no-one, Ajax got Dybala, PSV got Josy Altidore...
Malaga bought Biggun alongside Eduardo Salvio and Yacine Brahimi
Barcelona bought Yann M'Vila and Rodrigo De Paul

Andriy Yarmolenko - Napoli -> Man City
Christian Eriksen - Spurs -> PSG
Gerard Deulofeu - Barcelona -> Juventus
Ilkay Gundogan - Real -> Dortmund
Mamadou Sakho- Liverpool -> Inter

Seriously Benfica?!?! Pedersen had an awfull loanspell in Holland, why not send him back. Not happy with that!

Benfica seem to be the one team who don't care about their youngsters, none of them have had a decent run of games for Benfica

Would people prefer this table for the January update? Also there's a full version in the OP containing everyone's stats from the start of the game to the most recent update

Pedersen continues his bad form in Holland, why would Benfica send my back to a country in which I just CAN'T perform? At least I scored in my debut for the NT :)

January Transfers - No transfers of the players

Jaap van Kraftschmeister was wanted by Atletico and Lyon but signed a new contract instead.
Danny Skizzo is now wanted by Newcastle and Swansea...

Major transfers
Emre Can - Real Madrid -> Man U
Mo Salah - Roma -> Arsenal
Timo Werner - Real Madrid -> Leverkusen
Sam Byram - Leeds -> Liverpool

Capital One Cup Final 2019

Don't normally do posts outside of the updates but this one has to have it's own post....
Liverpool just won the Capital One Cup 25-24 on penalties (yes you read that right). Lewie, Ricardo and Brian all played a part, with Lewie and Brian scoring 2 and 3 penalties respectively in the shootout (Ricardo was taken off for Balotelli before then). Also Di María got MotM despite missing 2 of his 3 penalties.

End of season update should be up later

One player has suffered a 10 month injury
One player has won a young player of the year award
One player is worth more than £10m

^No... that isn't all the same player :p

Gonna go out on a limb and guess it's me (Gaizka Alonso) who's worth the £10m, due to playing for Barca...

No, you're worth about £3m despite playing about 45 games for them this season...

Wouldn't be surpised if Pedersen is the one picking up a 10 month injury :S
