Barca tactics?

Im kinda new to FM, only started with 2010 few months ago, I was wondering what kind of tactics should I choose with barcelona in 2011 , formation, style of playing , type of player for each one ( winger , adv. playmaker etc.. )

If anyone could give me any good tips I would really appreaciate it , tnx.
