Okay, So me and my friend have started a Barca Vs. R.Madrid game we are both doing well but he seems to have a slight upper edge on me! First of all we didn't cheat and we both started with like under 10 mill each. The first Season I thought it would be smart to bring in the minimal amount of player I could only bringing Lucas from Brazil 18 y/o Wonderkid and Ashley Young to give me extra reserves on the wing, for my 4-5-1 tactic. I finished up 2 W 2 L against him and 2nd in the League he had 98 pts I had 96 pts he had like 40 goals from Huigian in the first half of the season before he was injured then also got 37 from C.Ron! He won the league and the Spanish version of the FA cup while I settled for victory in the Champions League! We are in our second season and I got in Chiellini and Lahm as my main signings but it seems my team is struggling this year, especially with my Injuries on Messi, Iniesta, Xavi, Villa, and Puyol (some injuries together and some just by them selves) but I have lost to the likes of Volliodad and Racing ... OMFG I'm concerned I might not win any silverware if I don't fix something quick!
P.s Villa is top Goalscorer atm!

Download FMRTE and destroy his team if you hosting the game I think.Otherwise download a tactic from here.

Maybe try a 4,3,3? Outscore everyone else and that formation allows Messi, Iniesta and Xavi some creative freedom. Messi and Villa and someone like Cardozo (goal machine) upfront, then you can have Xavi Iniesta and Mascherano behind them, plenty of killer balls and plenty of chances. Then your defence which i assume will line up as Lahm, Pique, Chiellini and Alves with Valdes in goal should be pretty solid with Mascherano sitting in the hole. As for the Injuries, such a pain! Guess the difference is the strength in depth that Madrid have, especially on the creative front with Granero and Canales and Pedro Leon only acting as back ups for the team who are absolutely quality, But you do have Afellay (11.3?) and youngsters like Thiago coming through the ranks who becomes pretty amazing provided you offered him a new contract before the end of the first season! If your still playing 11.1 keep an eye on that transfer list and wait for people like Pastore and Hamsik and Montolivo and Poli to request a transfer in order to replace Xavi, but i guess that's all common knowledge ha.

this formation has worked quite well for me. as you can see messi and villa get quite alot of goals. AML goals + assist (pastore)View attachment 163320 and CMl get lots of assist. 72 goals in 16 matches, defence may need some tweaking though. Might take a while for the players to learn the tactic as well..

Okay, both sound good, im playing 1.3.
Okay so he has Pastore already and Paulo.H so their out of the picture. He also has De Rossi and Hamsik also he got rid of all of his wingers but Ozil, Pastore and C.Ron but his still like 5 pts ahead atm I think there is a problem with my Defence letting 3x the amount of goals of last year at this point and Offence being locked down by Time wasting teams! Any more Transfer advice to strengthen my LAM? cause that is my weakest point and in regards to Xavi money aint an object £150 million seems to be standard for Barca so ill buy Cesc next year ...

Aguero might be able to play LAM.. As i remeber he can play there and will get natural with retraining.. Or maybe Eden Hazard?

would they be ready for it though cause I was thinking of like Robben or Ribery Old, expensive but would make instant impact. You think they would do that ?

Hazard would be ready yes- but he is more of a playmaker i think. Robben would probably be better on the right wing (so he can cut inside and use his left leg), so i think Ribery may be the better option on the left. I have never bought Robben/Ribbery mind you so its just guessing from my part here
