BARCELONA B - Catalonia Toppling Spain
attachment.php

After the disappointment of my last save where I was sacked in just six months, I've decided to turn to a more long term story, where I will take over as manager of Barcelona B. While the difficulties aren't in management there are some rules which will make this story a major challenge. The team has been relegated all the way to Segunda Division B3, which to put into context is the Spanish 5th division. We're favourites to win the league first season, but all of our transfers are managed by Ernesto Valverde, meaning star players could leave at any time.

To also put a spanner in the works, Barcelona B cannot be promoted to La Liga. Rules say that they can't play in the same division as their senior squad, Barcelona. This means that the aim is for me to make the two Barcelona clubs, Barcelona and Barcelona B, the two forces in Spain's top two divisions, hence the title of 'Catalonia Toppling Spain'.

At some point, I'll attempt to take over at Barcelona but that won't be before I've transformed this side to the best one in La Liga 123. A few promotions to fight for and I really look forward to managing a team stacked with promising youngsters, such as Jorge Cuenca, Abel Ruiz, Chumi and Riqui Puig. The problem there is that when they develop, I've no doubt Valverde will call them up to the main Barcelona team. Ultimately a challenge, but one I'm looking forward to.

One thing's for sure; I expect to be in a job for a lot longer! Thanks for reading, as always, any likes and comments are much appreciated!

Pre-Season - Reviewing our Options

attachment.php

Pre-Season went really well and it really showcased the talents of our young players. Players such as Jean-Clair Todibo and Moussa Wague, who really shone in the defence, have both been called up to the senior squad, which presents a problem to our squad there. However, we should be able to keep hold of the bulk of the players here and hopefully it's not affected. I can also move players from Barcelona U19's to my squad so that could hopefully work. We didn't make any signings as I'm focusing on the development of the team and Valverde would probably reject them anyway. Kwabena Owusu came in on a loan as a back-up winger and that was it.

Squad Overview

Positives
- Youthful and exciting with massive potential
- Favourites for the league with quality players
- Lovely brand of football inspired by the senior Barca squad

Negatives
- The Senior Barca squad could take our players away at any time
- Not the best team in terms of squad depth
- Despite Puig and Busquets, midfield isn't as strong as it might be

Star Player: Juan Miranda
Our LB is considered our star player and it's not hard to see why, considering he could easily be playing at the highest level in Spain already! Difficult to say but I wouldn't be surprised if he got the call up from Valverde shortly and was loaned to a lower level La Liga club.
Hot Prospect: Riqui Puig
Our young gun, the small but brilliant Riqui Puig has all the qualities of an Iniesta-esque player. He's got all of the main qualities, dribbling, passing and an eye for goal. A massive class act and he'll be a brilliant watch in the league this season I'm sure. I guess nearly everyone is a hot prospect in truth though!
Underrated Player: Marcus McGuane
I spoke about our midfield being slightly weaker, so English midfielder Marcus McGuane does all the dirty work for our team. The rest of our play is possession based and looks slick on the pitch, but without the off the ball work of McGuane, it wouldn't go anywhere!
Transfer Listed: No-One!

Juan Miranda was on fire this month and our main man in pre-season. Hopefully he keeps it up but doesn't get called up! He's a quality defensive option and notched 3 goals as well! Miranda is one of quite a number of players who will likely be in the senior Barcelona squad in a few years!

Abel Ruiz

A Perfect Beginning - September 2018
attachment.php

We have come absolutely flying out of the blocks in the league to register 6 wins from 6 here!!! The perfect start.

W (3-0) vs Ebro - Pretty much perfect in our debut match here as we demolish Ebro and some of main players showed their class. Abel Ruiz and Carles Perez notched goals as well as Marcus McGuane and we never were threatened in all. We showed our quality and our tiki-taka passing was beautiful to watch as well, notably for Perez's goal! Brilliant.

W (3-0) vs Olot - Another easy 3-0 win this time out against Olot and once again the result was never in doubt. An early goal, a first for Kwabena Owusu and another from Perez sealed the deal for us here today and we are really cementing early predictions for a 1st placed finish this season. It may be early days but these performances are simply irresistible!

W (3-1) vs Gimnastic de Tarragona - We conceded our first goal here but that was the only damper on the performance. Another for Perez here as well as McGuane and Owusu again being on the scoresheet. I'm already in love with the team and their positive style of play reaping great rewards on the pitch at the moment. Simply delighted.

W (1-0) vs La Nucia - Our first real test against La Nucia who'd also won all their games this season so far. We dominated but it took a very late winner from the versatile Ferran Sarsanedas to get us over the line. Ultimately it was took to see us take the game to another bigger side and we deserved the win which we eventually got.

W (1-0) vs Cornella - Another 1-0 victory this time around but nowhere near as tight as Puig's early goal settled scores pretty quickly into the match and it was never really in doubt despite only leading by a single strike. They struggled to get forward, and while their defence was solid, they offered little firepower up top and we did break them down.

W (1-0) vs Ejea - A third consecutive 1-0 win as Kwabena Owusu grabbed a relatively late goal to get us across the line. It was a pretty dull game in truth which is unlike us, which was just a tad disappointing I suppose. Considering our electric start to life at Barcelona B, we've toned it down a bit but are still producing brilliant displays and looking good already.

League Table
attachment.php

We're top although considering we've won every single game so far it's still fairly tight at the top. Hercules are doing very well also and La Nucia, whom we've defeated already this month, are also just behind us two. Overall, I'm thrilled with our start and I'm really looking forward to continuing proceedings with the squad.

Marcus McGuane has shown positive signs already of his role as unsung hero. Despite doing the donkey work, he's been amongst the goals a couple times already and is showing all signings of being a technical hard-working midfielder who looks likely to become a key cog in our machine. I also came to realise that our midfield is stronger than our wingers, who, aside from Carles Perez, aren't quite as high quality as the rest of team yet. However, I don't think the squad has any issues as Kwabena Owusu is already performing.

It Only Gets Better - October 2018
attachment.php

Well this is going absolutely brilliant right now. Effervescent attacking play; dominating teams and relentless in attack, we are tearing teams apart and I absolutely love the way which this team is playing right now. Practically faultless and I can only hope this level of performance can continue. Everyone is putting in the hard yards for the team and it's paying off massively.

W (2-0) vs Espanyol B - We begin with a match against bottom placed Espanyol B here and it showed as we should've probably scored more than 2 here but I'm not one to complain as the win is in the bag yet again and we ripped their defence to shreds. The skill level of our team for this division is surely too great for the rest!

W (4-0) vs Badalona - I'm not sure how you come up with a club name Badalona, it sounds like a meme name for Barcelona when they've lost or something, but regardless they were downright awful and once again we had no trouble piling on the goals and keeping a clean sheet to further cement our spot at the summit of the league.

W (2-0) vs Villarreal B - Villarreal B are slightly underperforming so far this season so I was expecting another victory although I wasn't expecting it to be as easy as it turned out. Another clean sheet with multiple goals and we're untouchable at the moment. We play lovely football and attract good crowds as well; all round a wonderful job!

W (2-0) vs Valencia Mestalla - Our third 2-0 win of the 4 games in this month, all of which have come against the secondary teams of La Liga clubs. Valencia were next and their B Team; Valencia Mestalla were no match for our prowess in attack and solid backline. It was another routine win and Abel Ruiz is a great striker to have. He doesn't get bagfuls but does score consistently and is so good in build-up play.

League Table

Well what can I say???!!! Perfect. Scintillating. 100%. Those are the main words which spring to mind for me as our team is simply waltzing through this league. I was expecting a good finish, but it wasn't in my wildest dreams that we would be doing this well. Although, there are still teams in contention, notably Hercules who aren't far behind at all.

Player Focus

At first a rotational CB, Jorge Cuenca got called up to the senior squad and Miguenza has shone in his chance. He scored for the team as well, and has achieved the highest average rating in the league. That's brilliant for any CB, especially one who I didn't expect to see playing for us, but now he's become a key player, whether it be starting or bench to our winning machine.

Carles Perez

First dropped points but no matter
- November 2018

attachment.php

We've remained unbeaten throughout this month, and while we weren't able to maintain a 100% perfect record, no way can I complain that we've not had a good month. We're still absolutely flying in the league and breaking records along the way. We've already achieved most consecutive wins and longest unbeaten streak which this league has ever seen!

W (1-0) vs Lleida Esportiu - Our young centre-back Oscar Miguenza was our main player to watch in the last month, stepping up into the first team to great effect. He scored our winner here just over 10 minutes from time with a bullet header into the top right corner after a sublime cross from Riqui Puig. We've had a number of 1-0 results this season but we've deserved every single one of them.

D (2-2) vs Castellon - Our first draw came against fellow promotion hunters Castellon and in all honesty I wasn't too disappointed with it. It was a pretty end to end game and the first time I really saw our defence opened up by opposition attackers. Credit to them, and I'm not unhappy with the final result. Abel Ruiz got back amongst the goals as well which was nice to see.

W (2-1) vs Hercules - The biggest game of the season, missing Carles Perez and Abel Ruiz through senior squad duties. But the young Nils Mortimer, who'd been enduring a goal drought got the vital 2nd goal with a delightful chip over their keeper. They got a stunning goal back but it was in stoppage time and didn't dampen our mood at all. Vital!

W (6-1) vs Atletico Levante - Wow! A wonderful result here. Atletico Levante have a solid squad and I'm even eyeing up a few of their players for January. We thumped them here though with goals from all areas and midfielder Ludovit Reis showed me his quality as well. Miguenza also scored again and that is brilliant for a young CB.

We're still looking pretty at the top of the league table, although Hercules aren't giving up yet!

Player Focus

Assists, goals, dribbling, passing play. Our young midfielder has it all and showed it all this month. Riqui Puig was absolutely superb. I'm not disappointed with anyone as well so the Player Focus section is generally showing the best ones for our team. Miguenza was very good again this month but I think Puig just about edge it this time around.

Flying mate
Appreciate the response mate! I'm loving it myself and I never considered playing in a division this low down in a nation other than England to be honest, but it's bags of fun and I'm really glad I tried it. We're too good for the division but I'm eager to see if we can push on in the next one.

Dani Morer

Starting to Get Clear - December 2018
attachment.php

Another positive month and I almost feel as if I continue to repeat myself at each update because we are consistently doing so well. However, it continues to happen and even if Hercules do keep winning as well, we aren't stopping anytime soon it would seem and we are in absolutely blistering form and have been since Day 1. Thrilled.

W (2-0) vs Sabadell - Dani Morer is one of the best players in the league and Moussa Wague getting called up to the senior team has been a blessing in disguise. While I'm sure he'd have been quality as well, Morer has been brilliant and got on the scoresheet here to go along with a wonderful performance. Oriol Busquets added the gloss to a comfortable 2-0 victory.

D (0-0) vs Orihuela - Our second draw of the season and the first match we're we couldn't find the back of the net. It's our worst result so far but I'm not even unhappy with it. The ball was mainly in the middle of the park and we couldn't really break down their defence. They were solid and so were we in the end, an even game.

W (2-0) vs FC Andorra - Ludovit Reis has transformed himself into a real goal getting midfielder and it was his double that got us the win here. He's kept out the competition for his spot in the team which is vast, and continued to step up in our system. Ultimately another routine win and not much I can say for our opponents today.

W (3-1) vs Prat - Abel Ruiz either gets the goals or sets them up and he performed the former today by grabbing a double and without half time's added time we would've only gotten a point, but they crumbled right on half time after playing pretty all right in the first half. Going down by two goals hurt them and it was ours to lose in the second period, which we didn't.

League Table
attachment.php

Hercules are starting to drop off by a point or two each month and we keep piling them on.

Jaime can play in all wide areas of the pitch and after Juan Miranda got the call up, he's stepped in to an unaccustomed role and shone and developed as a player. He's a crucial player right now and he's in some great form. He's got attacking qualities but is also a very solid defender. An unexpected hero, especially for the LB position.

A good question mate. I looked into it and while their isn’t too much info available, in Spain the B teams act as reserves and even in this case Barcelona B would not get promoted. I would be interested to see if they could both play in La Liga 2 if this happened but I can’t really find anything. Unfortunately we can’t get promoted which is why I’m aiming to eventually take over the main job.

Inaki Pena

A sole signing and form continues - January 2019
attachment.php

A perfect month here as January sees us win all 4 games. We signed Joan Monterde from Atletico Levante for 660k and sold off Hiroki Abe for 600k. Monterde has the most assists in the league and is a RW, our weakest spot on the team, so he strengthens that area and brings experience of the league and top performances in it. A great pick-up in my opinion.

W (1-0) vs Llagostera - A tight match here and it required a winner with the last kick of the game through RB Dani Morer with a bullet shot from the edge of the box. It looked destined for a draw until that moment and maybe we just edged it, or maybe a draw was fair. I'll take the result though for sure, and it's another clean sheet.

W (1-0) vs Olot - Two games in a row where we became late goal specialists to ensure the win. This time it was our young centre back, Chumi, popping up with a late headed winner to get us yet another 1-0 win. We've had quite a few of those this year and probably wouldn't be first if we didn't have all of them, especially with the late goals.

W (1-0) vs Ebro - We got yet another 1-0 here but this one was fully deserved and finally our young striker Alejandro Marques put the ball into the back of the net. I think he just needed that first goal and now that he's got it I think he can show his potential. As soon as he did score he looked more alive and made some clever runs and layoff passes.

W (2-1) vs Gimnastic de Tarragona - Not a 1-0 win but still by a goal in the end. As I said, Marques is really looking good since getting that goal after a long drought. New signing Joan Monterde got his first goal for the club as well which was nice to see. Overall, we may have won all of the games but it wasn't the most convincing in truth.

Alejandro Marques

Title Almost Within Reach
- February 2019

attachment.php

Another very good month here as we draw one game but win the rest. As you can see by the goalscorers, Alejandro Marques is really flying at the moment and is another example of taking a chance after another player has been called up to the senior squad, in this case Abel Ruiz. Although there are still two full months of play, the title is edging closer as Hercules continue to drop points.

W (4-1) vs Cornella - We start off with an easy win against Cornella, by a margin we haven't seen too much of recently. After a series of one-goal victories, it's refreshing to see us thump another one. Carles Perez was the main man on this occasion, although Marques got a goal and an assist to ensure that he had a good performance as well.

D (1-1) vs La Nucia - La Nucia are also and are likely to at least make playoffs for the division. This wasn't a bad draw and I'm not going to read too much into it. We played pretty ok and in all fairness so did they, so I think it's fair all in all. Good to see Marques continuing to bag the goals, he's really making up for his earlier drought by scoring a lot now.

W (1-0) vs Espanyol B - Another very late winner and this time from the penalty spot. It took until the 92nd minute, when a clumsy challenge brought down Joan Monterde as he ventured into the box and won us the spot kick. It was left to Marques and he kept his composure, showing that he's ice cool by slotting it straight down the middle as the keeper dived left.

W (2-0) vs Ejea - Easy. Although it took until the 88th minute for the 2nd to go in, the game was well and truly ours. We could've had more but ultimately we were a little wasteful. I can see why Monterde is the top assist maker in the league as he's simply brilliant at crossing and passing across the face of goal for tap ins. He's also great at making space for himself with nice footwork. Marques scored and after 0 in 12 prior, he's now got goals in 6 consecutive matches.

League Table
attachment.php

Player Focus
attachment.php

New signing Joan Monterde oozes quality and class. Good with the ball at his feet, lovely passes and crosses to create scoring chances, a brilliant buy. Perhaps he's too unselfish at times as he rarely shoots, but it's of little matter as he constantly works hard to make an opportunity for team mates. Most assists in the league and by some distance.

Oriol Busquets

First loss - March 2019

attachment.php

Despite a first defeat this month, it's still going pretty well and our form is still going really solidly. Alejandro Marques is still on fire at the moment, being eyed by bigger fish on a loan deal. He's amongst the top scorers in the league despite barely scoring prior to the turn of the year. Closing in on the end of the season now and we're a few matches away from becoming title winners and entering the play-offs for La Liga 123.

I just wanted to say that I've realised something about the Segunda Division. Being in B1, B2, B3 and B4 is actually groups of teams all amongst the same division. So, if everything goes to plan and we win the title, I go into a play-off competition. The advantage for the winner is that if they lose the first round they drop down to another playoff series and can still get promoted. It's almost like it's one massive league as the champions of each group compete amongst each other and the rest of the teams do so as well between each other. Therefore, next season, there is every chance we could be playing La Liga 123 football next season if we go up; which is rather exciting.

D (0-0) vs Badalona - We failed to take our chances in the game here against Badalona on a sunny afternoon at home. We'll be moving to the Estadi Johan Cruyff for the next season once it is completed, so there won't be too many more games at our current location. Not many talking points throughout the game and no one shone in particular

W (1-0) vs Villarreal B - A little better here and one main thing which I admire about Alejandro Marques is that he can make something out of nothing. For example, his goal which proved the winner today was a long defensive clearance under pressure from Chumi and it found him alone in attack. He managed to weave through the players and turn on the pace to burst past as well to score a wonderful goal.

L (1-2) vs Valencia Mestalla - I haven't had to talk about defeat at anytime during the season, but I'll have to here as Valencia's B team got the better of us in this one. I'm not disappointed, it was probably going to happen eventually and they outplayed us so fair play to them. They're actually in red hot form with consecutive matches for quite some time.

W (1-0) vs Lleida Esportiu - As good as all the goals from Marques are and the fact that I need my strikers getting the goals, it was nice to have someone else find the net in the shape of Joan Monterde today. We're very good at assisting and due to our tiki-taka style we like to pass it into the striker to shoot which is the reason for that. However it was a lovely give and go between Monterde and Marques and finished off easily by our major signing this year.

W (2-0) vs Hercules - Crucial. Tying up the title practically with this win against 2nd placed Hercules. Carles Perez played a blinder today and got a series of assists for Marques today. Another massive win although we'd still be pretty safe I think if we'd lost. However, it was great to see us turn up for a big match and get a comfortable win.

Record Breakers; CHAMPIOONSS! - April 2019
attachment.php

So there you have it. The title is ours!!! A stunning season with two games to go and we've wrapped up the title in good style as well. The 5-1 win against Sabadell was what confirmed it and what better way to do so than via an absolute thumping of the opposition. I also wanted to apologiser. Through the past 3 months, since January, I've been putting in the wrong league table. I put the same one for January that I did in December and now they're all one month behind. Hope you can understand and my mistake there, the correct league table with be at the bottom of the update.

D (2-2) vs Castellon - We can break records this season for most wins, fewest defeats and most points in the Segunda Division and all we need is one win to wrap up the title and confirm this. However, we couldn't get it here and actually required a late equaliser from the penalty spot to get us only a point. We deserved it though as we played a solid game.

D (1-1) vs Atletico Levante - We're really being made to stretch it out. Just a point needed now for the title and we failed to win here to confirm it yet again. This time around it took a late equaliser from them to earn a point but in all fairness they do deserved to get it, Joan Monterde featured against his old club but couldn't quite make it happen.

W (5-1) vs Sabadell - The perfect way to secure the title! The fact that it was 1-0 to Sabadell until 60 minutes and I was genuinely believing we were going to bottle it again makes it even more sweeter. 5 goals in 30 minutes and we absolutely thrashed them. It had been coming, and the Segunda Division B3 Title belongs to Barcelona B!
attachment.php

W (2-1) vs FC Andorra - A lot of the teams in this division have cash related issues, and the same goes for our opponents here today. They could be one of a few to face a points deduction next season. However, onto the match, and one thing I admired today was Marques scoring another penalty. For an 18 year old, he's a very good penalty taker and that's nice to see.

W (2-0) vs Orihuela - Marques scored yet another brace and penalty here today and he is absolutely on fire. Orihuela couldn't pose much of a threat and a pair of assists from Riqui Puig, 2nd on the overall charts in that category, saw us get over the line with a relatively comfortable victory. A nice end to the month with our first clean sheet in it.

League Table

This is very much the correct league table this time around!

Our loan signing at the beginning of the season has done a lot more for us than what I'd expected and I'm very pleasantly surprised by it. Never stops running and with pace to burn as well, a lovely option for the counter attack and very good at running at defenders. Not the best for goal contributions of either kind, but provides a distraction for defenders and is vital at creating space for other. Will look to bring him back next year.

Ending the season on a high - May 2019
attachment.php

W (3-0) vs Prat - A nice win here as the demoted Jean-Clair Todibo came back into our team via Ernesto Valverde's decision. He scored a thumping header as well as be a solid defensive option. Marques is still on fire and the backup option for him, 17 year old Nils Mortimer, played alongside him and also got himself on the scoresheet today which was nice to see.

W (3-0) vs Llagostera - For the last day of the season, Valverde made the decision to demote a number of senior players back to our team, such as Abel Ruiz and Juan Miranda. He also gave us one of the top keepers in La Liga, Neto, for the day and he was barely troubled by shots that could beat some of the other keepers in the division, although our own Inaki Pena is very good as well!

League Table

attachment.php

So there you have it; the final league table. So close to 100 points but just short. A brilliant season!

Player Focus
The focus is on the entire squad for this one! A collective unit, a brilliant team and I can't wait to see if we can make it through the playoffs to La Liga 123.

Promotion Party - May/June 2019
attachment.php

As you can see from the results this month in the play-offs, we are up!!! It took us a while to get going in the play-off phasing losing the first round of fixtures and demoted to the second phase, but after toughing it out against Hercules, nobody was going to stop us and we thrashed Unionistas in the final, winning 5-0 on aggregate.

1st Play-off Round
D (2-2) vs UD Logrones - We started with a decent result in a tough fixture against a side who are probably better than us. The only problem was the fact that we conceded two away goals, meaning unless we win, it's unlikely we were able to progress. A slightly late equaliser from Marques at least ensured that we did a get at least a point.

D (1-1) vs UD Logrones (UD Logrones win on away goals) - Out on the away goals rule!! Gutted with this, as it was ours to lose and we did in the end as they ramped up the high press for the last 15 minutes and it paid off with an equaliser in the 90th minute which proved the difference between the sides and put them into the next round instead of us.

2nd Play-off Round
D (1-1) vs Hercules - This is where finishing 1st has its advantage. We get to keep going in a 2nd round of play-offs, whereas the rest of the teams who didn't finish first do not get the same opportunity. Unfortunately, we couldn't make it count as the side which we beat twice in the regular season held us to a third consecutive draw. Again, though, a late equaliser, in the same minute incidentally (82nd) as Marques vs Logrones, saved us from losing all 3 points here.

W (2-1) vs Hercules - A tense match with so much at stake here and it showed as it was a scrappy affair, neither side took many risks. Both tried their main attacks in the first half and with the second level, it seemed both were content with penalties almost. Their CB made a huge mistake and passed the ball straight to Nils Mortimer, who slotted it past the keeper and became a Barca B legend!

Play-off Final Round

W (3-0) vs Unionistas - When we got some big name players back from international duty for the final, I still came into it feeling semi-confident. We were pretty even on paper and I wasn't sure what gameplan to go with. I decided on the positive mentality which has done the lads so well this season; and it worked - perfectly. We have almost sealed promotion in the first leg here as we absolutely tore them apart. Lovely!

W (2-0) vs Unionistas - Comfortable. We've got ourselves promotion to La Liga 123!!! I'm really looking forward to seeing how we fare in that division, but to the game and they already looked as if they'd given up. Once we took the lead here, it was a certain thing that we would carry it out and get the win to see us go up. A brilliant final performance to back up a brilliant season.

See you next time for the season review; hope your enjoying and thanks for your support!

Season Review 2018/19 - July 2019

Main Competition Winners

La Liga: Atletico Madrid
La Liga 123: Real Zaragoza
Copa Del Rey: Atletico Madrid
Champions League: Real Madrid
Europa League: Manchester City

Obviously everyone associated with the club views this as a great season for the club. Winning the Segunda Division B3 and gaining promotion to La Liga 123! We didn't overachieve however we did in a different fashion by getting 99 points and comfortably winning the league before just about edging through in a tight play-offs competition.

For the senior side, however, it wasn't a great season. Barcelona failed to win a single trophy. Ernesto Valverde was sacked at the end of the season and has been replaced with Unai Emery. I wasn't considering the job this early and will only consider it in a number of years. They finished 3rd in the end and failed to really ever threaten for the title.

Player of the Season - Dani Morer
Young Player of the Season - Alejandro Marques
Needs Improvement - Marcus McGuane
Worst Player of the Season - Antonio Sola

My personal choice for Player of the Year was Dani Morer. He was brilliant at RB and even filled in in other positions at time. He was consistently brilliant throughout the season and was vital to our performance. All of our players are extremely young but the best young gun was ST Alejandro Marques who was on fire for the second half of the season. English midfielder Marcus McGuane had a promising start but in the end it got away from him and he became quite scrappy in the games which he did played. Our worst player might be a bit unfair, but back-up fullback Antonio Sola made an array of appearances across the season and was really poor in all of them.

Plans for next season
Next season I would like a mid table finish if possible. Our squad looks very solid and a couple of signings to provide back-up of starting roles will be a our transfer aims. No one is on the transfer list and we probably just need to improve our back line a little as it is a little thin in numbers, especially for the centre back role as it needs a Chumi replacement as he's been called up.
