The idea for this tactic was to try and copy Barcelona's passing pattern in recent matches using Opta and FourFourTwo Statszone, but I would not boast to anyone I have recreated their current RL tactics. However, it has been doing VERY well so far.
I also do not boast to have created an unbeatable tactic. After designing the tactic in a Spain save and I felt I was happy with the system of play, I then a loaded the tactic to my save game in which I had recently been appointed Arsenal Manager. What I must make clear is that Arsenal were relegated to the Championship with a formidable side and so had the luxury of a quality side. A few players gone and a few players in.

Hope these links are working????
Key attributes for this tactic are... passing, off the ball, first touch, technique, work rate and teamwork.
My initial training to start was General Training on balanced and Match Training on defending set-pieces. Once fluent I changed GT to defending and MT to attacking movement. These were set to average intensity throughout.
This tactic has great goal threat in the midfield, particularly the MCL (Aaron Ramsey was perfect) and though my striker didn't seem to score enough he did create plenty. The weakness to this tactic seems to be the space behind the LB.
If anyone wants use this for their Barcelona squad it was based on these players in these positions...
GK - Valdes
WBL - Alba
WBR - Alves
DCL - Mascherano
DCR - Pique
DMC - Busquets
MCL - Fabregas
MCR - Xavi
AMCL - Iniesta
AMR - Neymar
T - Messi
