Don't know if he's been mentioned but I got Jeremy Berthod from Sarpsborg for $700k and he's a pretty good left-back.

I've noticed that the Norwegian league has a lot of bargain players. I always load it.

Currently, in my Middlesbrough save (2nd season). Middlesbrough is pretty broke going into the Premiership. In my valiant and misguided attempt to bring in Tom Ince at 5.25 million, I blew my pathetic budget of 8 mil and as such, have to seek budgets as noted below.

Strandberg for 400k (I know I could get him cheaper...but needed a good DM/CD first season)
Milosevic for 400k (and he started B****ing and wanting to leave, so I sold him for 6.6 mil)
Stephen De Vrij on free transfer (not sure how the **** I got that, but he's coming in only on Dec 2014)
Amidu Salifu on free transfer (Fiorentina dumped him to Modena Reserves on a loan, bought him for June 2014)
Simone Zaza for 1.3 mil (no strikers... but he is scoring good as a false nine for Premier League)
Adam Smith for free (no world beater, but good substitute defender who can play left or right)

I have only played 2 games since i signed him, scored 1 assist 1 and the second game was against man city. He was awesome in pre season thou.
