I just started in the game with manchester city so i was wondering what happen when the database players get old and they retire from professional football? What happens then? FM creates new players with unknown names or the retired players appear again as they were youth¿? I only selected the england Barclays PL and the npower championship. Thanks

Yes they create random regens.

yeah new youngsters are made every season by the game and put into youth teams of lots of different teams, so when the game gets quite a few years in, you will see names and players you dont recognise

The players that retire can disappear from the game completely, or they can become managers and coaches. I have Peter Lovenkrands as my fitness coach.

FM creates loads of regens this is so the game keeps populated, I've had a save in the year 2038, David Beckham was the manager of Leeds United winning almost everything to be honest.
