BATE and developing the league

So i was wondering what is the best way to develop the belarus league and players when im managing BATE Signed a few foreign players but am struggling to get any quality to the league in order to bring on new talent.

Any ideas?

Best way you can help the league is winning in European competitions; the further you get, the more reputation the Belarussian league gets and thus becomes a more prestigious competition which can attract better players. So for you, I'd focus on getting into Europe and progressing as far as possible every season and hoping other teams such as Levski also qualify for major European competitions, preferably the CL.

Levski is in the Bulgarian league, i don't know what that has to do with Belarussian league, or maybe its just me lol.
