Anybody use these? I had them a while ago when they first came out. But as you may know they use that **** Kontiki P2P software so they share your files even when you arn't running iPlayer or 4oD which is a *****.

I recently came across the TV On-Demand Monitor which lets you sort of manage file sharing so that it won't upload files when the programs are not running. You can download it from here

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/
http://www.channel4.com/4od/

i use them both, I stream them though so if they are sharing my files i'd like to know which ones

nah i'm too cool for that i have sky + :D

Have used BBC iplayer once, and was impressed but tend to be able to watch programs i want to, so dnt need to use them.

I have 4od but i didnt know they shared my files, do they still share all my files if i only stream from 4od?

No they only get shared if you have them downloaded on your PC.
