BBC SPORT or SKY SPORTS skin

Is there going to be a skin made available (FM12) for either of the above? I loved the BBC skin for FM10.

I already had a 'draft' created for a BBC SPORT/MoTD FM2011 skin. I had to sadly abandon the project due to starting a new job, and having no access to a computer, except for my local library.

I do have some ideas for starting again, from new, but i'm having trouble installing a downloaded skin and having it show in-game :/

I was going to created one because i couldn't find a Sky Sports or BBC SPORT skin, anywhere!
