Put some European country as his second nationality to avoid that kind of incidents in the future.
 
From what I've noticed, Montenegro typically joins the EU around 2018.

Thanks - this could really work! I'm going to try it out immediately....

I don't why I didn't think of this, I did the same thing to avoid work permit regulations.

It wasn't even like an hour and a half - he came on as a sub and played for 12 minutes XD
