Be More Expressive/Disciplined

Is there a way to get "Be More Expressive/Disciplined" to apply to individual players instead a team instruction?

You can go with a very rigid or rigid fluidity which limits creative freedom. Then you can give certain key players more creative freedom by changing their roles. Complete Forward, any playmaking role definitely has high levels of Creative Freedom. I think Complete Wingbacks and Libero roles too are given more freedom to express themselves.
