Okay so just won the league with Crewe they are.predicted 24th! Once I made the counter change my results have been:
P: 22
W: 18
D: 3
L: 1
GF: 54
GA: 18

Also had a tweak of the attacking one at the end of the season making one of the bbms a dlp on defend

Simply the best tactic i've used so far in 15.3 version, i made a D-Line tweak because i was conceeding lots of cc's on counter attacks.
I dropped the D-Line to drop depper and unticked short passing option.
Despite that i've followed the things given in the OP.

Most important part of this tactic is wings.Also for me this players original position should be wing back. So Asamoah is better than Messi,Ronaldo with this tactic. For me try this bargains : Ghoulam , Alex Telles , Gino Peruzzi , Clyne , Ricardo Rodriguez (Killer)

Glad its working for you DejanST. Actually you are right when you say that most important players of the tactic are wingers.
Its very important to have wingers with good Tackling.
Juve fits this style perfectly

Maybe we can add fitness,determination,team work but tackling and marking must be high

Indeed, i pointed marking because they need to do a good defensive job too.
Also having a player that posses Long bullet throw will just maximise your chances of scoring by 80%

I train them by myself mate, every player in particular position.
For example:

Asamoah - Wide Midfielder (All Duties)
Morata - DLF (All Duties)
Pogba - BBM (Support)
Chiellini - CD (All Duties) etc etc.
