As the goalkeeper, I worry about the lack of defensive cover this team has... get defending, people!
 
I just went through the save file and wow Tottenham is beast in this save. 15 players with 170+PA. My Southampton Saints just got relegated this season!!!

I picked a couple of current players for idols and dislike. All our RL favorite players are all retired/dead and I highly doubt we were watching their games in VR when they were pushing 60 years old.

I think picking current player/managers in the save as favored and disliked people would make the roleplaying a bit more fun. For example my favored personnel are Mike Hopper top unretired USA MNT goalscorer with 77 caps / 49 goals and Liam Hewitt the only active Southampton Legend left.

My disliked people are Emiliano "Coquinho" Davis another top unretired USA MNT ST that cant carry Hopper's jockstrap with 89 caps / 29 goals. Followed by Gorka Aurrekoetxea who signed for my Southampton Saints on a free and 2 seasons later betrays Southampton by moving on to Tottenham for only $27m and goes on to be one of the best players of this generation. Screw Gorka and screw Tottenham. So as a result Tottenham made my top 2 most hated teams.

Can Johnny Sung surpass his idol Hopper's Cap / Int Goal amount? Can Johnny develop fast enough to beat Gorka just once before he retires? Can Johnny bring Southampton back to the EPL promise lands and first place glory? Well I for one cant wait to find out.

Look up Felice Longo. The only reason he has less international goals than caps is because he played till he was like 38 or something. He was seriously better than Messi. Also Gordon Graham is the current world best, he is pretty difficult to play against.

Yeah Gordon Graham is pretty sick too. Aldino and Felice just incredible. But I had to pick idols/hated guys that made sense for my player being a US National and a Southampton supporter.

Although I am debating if I want to change one of my hated personnel to fellow legend chasing regen Rocco Russo who played against me in national tourneys since Pee Wee (3 year old) soccer leagues. ******* also jacked my slot on the US u13 team one year. Eternal rivals!!!
