Here is a suggestion

Perhaps do a score rating on Best Average Rating? It would reward the "Hard Workers" who don't get goals and assists as often. :)

I did look at doing this but with people moving teams half way through the season the rating get's a bit confusing.

There would be a lot of maths to make it accurate....and I ain't got that much time on my hands!

Man, I thought I had a good season with 34 goals in 46 apps, but some people played almost 60 games. I'd have to score a goal every match to beat them :/
