James Roots was requested on transfer listed and 4 clubs were fighting for him (Man Utd, Man City, Chelsea and Liverpool) and at then end he signed contract with man City, Norwich got 9.25M .

Marcijan Pavlovic was bought from NPower league side Fulham by Arsenal for 10M
