I understand one of the new fm2013 features is you can delegate tasks like contract renewal (I hate this part, players/staffs always want more than 2X board allowed max wage:mad:)
But what about training, which got miles more complicated since fm11? Can that be delegated to coaching staffs to arrange?
And don't get me started on that new 'tone' thing in team talks & private chats, hopefully can delegate that to staffs as well
(I'd admit, on older FMs I really maximize *** man usage, even press conferences...)

Question 2: Because FM13 uses more realistic opposition AI, you can't only use one set of plug and play tactics anymore...but what does SI mean by that; how you slide your sliders?
(guess corner & 4-3-3 exploits are fixed too)

Question 3: Is fm13 worth getting for just Classic?

Yes,
Staff control training now, you just set training roles and PPM's,
Yes,
AI adapt to your tactics more so than ever so you may have issues just using the same tactic over and over, just change things around to suit the team you're playing,
Sliders are the same,
Corner exploit is fixed,
4-3-3 isn't as lethal this year,
Yes.
